Couch to 10K

I've decided to try a new workout since the weather around here has slowly been improving. It's called Couch to 10K. Now, while my goal isn't to be able to run 10K by no means, I would still like to try this workout. It seems like it would help to be able to work up to running/jogging more and more. I've joined and so far, I've lost 1 lb but I have just been cutting back calories and doing some light workouts such as walking. I have a counter at the bottom of my blog from that helps track how much weight I've lost. But, I think this new workout will help me get in better shape for the summer.
