So, I gave up on the challenge. I hurt my knee trying to jog the other day. I will just strive to finish walking a mile in less and less time and maybe, just maybe.. one day... I will work up to jogging. I think I would need a knee brace in order to really jog. But, on the plus side, I have been working out every single day for almost 3 weeks now. That, my friends, is an accomplishment all on its own.
My weight is down to 137 which is great. I'm still going to keep going though. I want to be back to 120 at the most. But, my goal is 115. I will make it! I will, I will, I will!
