In a challenge on MFP, I will be trying to give up the scale from March 9th to April 24th. Religious people call this Lent but, I think it's a good idea. When you're on a diet and exercising toward a goal, the scale can seem like a little evil monster that brings you down. I'm tired of being addicted to the scale and getting up and it not moving. So, hopefully I can stick to this no scale thing. Who knows, maybe I'll see more weight loss without a scale.
